Kitsap Transit’s 4th Qtr Community Zoom meeting is offered tomorrow, Saturday, December 11th. The 1 PM - 2 PM session is for South Kitsap.

This meeting is an open forum. Kitsap Transit Executive Director, John Clauson, usually has some opening remarks and then asks for questions. Unlike other formats of KT’s meetings, the public can ask questions and follow up clarifying questions.

Port Orchard Yacht Club Holiday Lights Boat Parade is tomorrow, December 11th.

The Port Orchard Yacht Club's 65th Annual Lighted Boat Parade, including Santa and his helpers, greeting kids and families, is coming to Port Orchard on December 11, 2021.

The parade will start from the Southworth Ferry Terminal (4:15 pm) and continues North towards Manchester through Rich Passage and back to Downtown Port Orchard. (7 pm)

For those that would like a special message for Santa as the parade passes, please provide your info by clicking here.

Yard Signs

Thanks to those who purchased and put out yard signs! Signs are not only around Harper, South Colby, and Southworth but also around South Kitsap.

If you would like to purchase a sign, we are still taking orders. Once we meet our minimum order, we’ll place the printing order.

Please take a picture of the sign in place and post it on our FB group and/or send a copy to us at fohpier@gmail.com. We have plans for a collage. It doesn’t need to have to identify location, just the sign along the roadside. Thanks!
